This is a thoughtful and practical post on developing mindfulness. I am working on this and probably need to quit working so hard at it and relax, notice and 'be'. It's good timing because I always find that my mood dips when we're in the midst of winter here in Saskatchewan, Canada. There was an extreme cold warning this past weekend. It was about minus 30 degrees Celsius without the wind chill.
